Privacy Policy — RoseDevs

RoseDevs („we”, „us”) publishes mobile games on Google Play, including:

1. Heroic Arena: Idle RPG TD
2. Kitty Cat Puzzle
3. Simple Fish Adventure
4. Simple Owl Coloring Adventure
5. Simple Bird Adventure
6. Easy Crossword
   and any other current or future RoseDevs title (together, „the Apps”). This Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the Apps, and your rights under the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the Polish RODO implementation.

1. No accounts, no data collected by us directly
The Apps have no registration, login, or account system, and RoseDevs operates no backend server that stores personal data. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any personal, device, or marketing data ourselves.

2. Who actually processes data
All device, advertising, and marketing data is collected and processed directly by the third-party SDKs embedded in the Apps, each acting as an independent data controller for that data under its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob / Google Play Services — collects advertising ID, approximate (IP-based) location, IP address, device/OS info, ad interaction, and diagnostic data, for ad serving/measurement and fraud prevention. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Unity Technologies — collects device and usage data for engine services/analytics. Policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
We have no visibility into, and cannot access, edit, or delete the data these providers hold — requests about that data must go directly to Google or Unity via the links above.

3. Consent
Where AdMob processing requires consent (personalized ads, non-essential identifiers), the Apps show an in-app consent prompt (Google’s EU User Consent / UMP SDK) before that processing starts. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the in-app privacy/consent option.

4. RoseDevs’ role
RoseDevs is the publisher and point of contact for the Apps, and is responsible for integrating the consent prompt above and linking to this Policy — but is not the controller of the ad, device, or marketing data described in §2.

5. Your rights
Under GDPR/RODO you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict your data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent — exercised directly with Google/Unity for the data they hold (§2). You may also lodge a complaint with:

6. Children
The Apps are not directed at children, and no personal data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16 (Poland’s age of consent under Art. 8 GDPR).

7. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced via an in-app notice or store listing update.
